1. 1-Years Manufacturer Warranty ( Excluding contrived damagement or misusage).
2. In case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please report within 3 days and return the case within 7 days after receiving the items. (The date on Post Mark is for standard). After our receiving of the items in good appearance condition, you may have a replacement or refund as long as we cancel the order on ebay.
3. If the item was sent back for repair or change, buyer takes on the returning and resending fee.
4. We do not resend items for replacement which is out of warranty term, especially for those expendable products such as headphone, battery, charger, adapter, data cables, free gift etc.
